After growing increasingly frustrated with the inconsistent respect for client projects. You know the feeling: the initial excitement at sales stage quickly fading as your project becomes just another item in the 'in progress' queue. Attention to detail, especially at launch, often suffered as priorities shifted, leaving clients feeling like last week's news.
